Allenhurst Woman Arrested For Assault by PPBPD and Later Detained by ICE

Kaitlyn Tracey allegedly assaulted a child over patriotic themed attire. On July 3rd the incident occurred with Point Pleasant Beach responding to the incident. Tracey left the scene before the officers could respond to do an on scene assessment. The PPBPD Detective Bureau conducted and investigation later identifying Tracey as the person who struck the unidentified child once on the body and face with a open hand.

Tracey was taken into custody at police HQ without incident the morning of July 13th. Ms. Tracey has been charged with Simple Assault (2C:12-1A(1)), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2C:24-4A(2)), Harassment (2C:33-4A) and Obstruction (2C:29-1A) by Detective Korey McCormack of the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department. Tracey was transported to Ocean County Jail awaiting a hearing.

On Tuesday, July 14th Tracey’s husband known as Gravmasterhash with username @Copsdrinkplastic40oz on TikTok uploaded a video explaining Tracey was detained by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) the day prior on July 13th. Currently Tracey is housed in the Newark, NJ detention facility located on Doremus Ave, called Delaney Hall.

PPBPD worked along side Asbury Park Police Department, Ocean County’s Prosecutor’s Office, The 11th District of the Toronto Police Service and the United States Custom and Border Protection Intelligence Team in locating Tracey during their investigation.
